- Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot IT-related issues for faculty, staff, and students.
- Maintain computer labs, classrooms, and campus IT infrastructure.
- Manage user accounts, data backups, and system security.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment maintenance and procurement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware, and MS Office.
- Valuable problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
