Job Title: Account Assistant

Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance)

Job Summary

The Account Assistant will support the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the company by maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, assisting in statutory compliance, and using Zoho Books for accounting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Record day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, and journal vouchers.
- Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors, and internal departments.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.




- Use Zoho Books for accounting entries, invoicing, reporting, and record management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Preferred Knowledge

- Knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho applications will be an added advantage.
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial automation company is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
