Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for selling engine oils and lubricants to garages, workshops, automobile repair centers, and retail mechanics. The candidate should be capable of generating new business, maintaining dealer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit garages, automobile workshops, and mechanics daily for product promotion and sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with garage owners and retailers.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
- Submit daily visit and sales reports to management.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in lubricants, automobile products, FMCG, or related field.




- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
- Ability to travel locally for field sales.
- Basic knowledge of engine oils/lubricants will be an added advantage.
