Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all aspects of facility maintenance and engineering operations to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of facility maintenance activities with organizational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulatory standards to maintain a secure working setting.




- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the condition and performance of facilities and equipment.
- Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to oversee project execution, negotiation, and contract management.
- Drive initiatives for sustainability and energy conservation, aligning with organizational environmental objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on maintenance activities, project progress, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Qualification:BE, BTech
- Skills :Project Management ,Budget Management

Pay: ₹18,007.18 - ₹50,534.25 per month
