Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage sustainability and compliance assessments including EcoVadis and customer ESG questionnaires
- Develop and maintain ESG, sustainability, ethics, labor, environmental, and procurement policies
- Coordinate implementation and maintenance of ISO systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
- Maintain compliance documentation, SOPs, records, audit evidence, and corrective action trackers
- Coordinate internal and external audits, customer audits, and certification activities
- Establish and maintain compliance calendars and monitoring systems
- Support environmental, health & safety, labor, and ethical compliance initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, KPIs, and management review documentation
- Coordinate supplier sustainability and responsible sourcing documentation
- Drive continual improvement initiatives related to ESG and sustainability performance
- Build and organize centralized documentation systems for compliance and audit readiness

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Sustainability, EHS, Quality Management, or related field
- 4–10 years of relevant experience in ESG, sustainability, compliance, EHS, IMS, or ISO systems
- Prior experience in chemical manufacturing, pigments, specialty chemicals, dyes, intermediates, or process industries preferred
- Working knowledge of EcoVadis, ESG reporting frameworks, ISO standards, and audit systems
- Strong documentation, policy drafting, coordination, and communication skills
- Experience handling external audits and customer compliance requirements preferred
- Practical understanding of manufacturing compliance systems and cross-functional coordination

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
