Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team at Spacemax. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and executing residential and commercial interior projects, from concept development to final handover. The role requires strong design, drafting, client management, and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop residential and commercial interior projects from concept to completion.
- Prepare detailed interior drawings, elevations, working drawings, and execution details using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present design concepts and material selections.
- Visit project sites regularly for supervision, measurements, quality checks, and execution support.
- Prepare mood boards, space plans, furniture layouts, and material specifications.
- Create 3D visualizations and realistic renders using SketchUp and V-Ray (preferred).
- Ensure projects are delivered as per design intent, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
- Assist in material sourcing, vendor coordination, and BOQ preparation when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial interior design projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to prepare detailed interior working drawings and execution details.
- Excellent project management and client-handling skills.
- Experience in managing projects from design development through execution and handover.
- Proficiency in SketchUp and V-Ray for 3D modelling and rendering will be preferred.
- Good understanding of materials, furniture construction, modular furniture, and interior execution practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to project sites for supervision, measurements, client meetings, and material selection activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
