Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience Required:

2–5 years of relevant experience.

Mandatory experience in an Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, or Real Estate firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities in architecture and interior design projects.

Develop relationships with architects, builders, developers, consultants, and corporate clients.

Meet prospective clients and present the company's services.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Coordinate with the design team during client discussions.

Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve business targets.

Conduct market research and identify recent business opportunities.

Required Skills:





Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities.

Knowledge of the architecture, interior design, or construction industry.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
