Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Marketing to lead the company's marketing strategy, brand positioning, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives. The role will be responsible for driving business growth through both digital and offline marketing activities, with a strong focus on the real estate sector.

Experience

8 – 15 years

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement annual marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive lead generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage brand positioning, corporate communications, and public relations.
- Plan and execute project launches, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Oversee social media, website, digital advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure optimum ROI on campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, CRM, and Business Development teams.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.




- Track and report marketing performance through regular MIS and analytics.

Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.
- 8 – 15 years of marketing experience, preferably in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure.
- Proven experience in brand management and lead generation.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
