Able Aura Sports Academy is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive city-level sales performance and admissions growth in Chennai.

This role involves ownership of revenue targets, local partnerships, and team coordination to ensure the overall performance of the city unit.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive and achieve city-level sales and admission targets
- Develop local strategies to increase revenue and market reach
- Build relationships with schools, parents, and community partners
- Coordinate with sales and operations team for smooth execution
- Plan and execute promotional activities and outreach programs
- Monitor performance metrics and improve conversion rates
- Report city performance, challenges, and growth opportunities to senior management

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field




- 1–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Freshers are also welcome
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership mindset with ownership attitude
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Tamil speaking preferred
