Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Cake Decorator to prepare and decorate cakes according to company standards and customer requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in cake icing, fondant work, piping, and creating attractive cake designs while maintaining quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Decorate cakes, pastries, and desserts as per design specifications and customer requirements.
- Prepare and apply icing, frosting, fondant, and other decorative elements.
- Create custom cake designs for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and special occasions.
- Ensure consistency in product presentation and quality.
- Assist in cake preparation, finishing, and packaging when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment.
- Monitor inventory of decorating supplies and report shortages.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company standards at all times.




- Coordinate with the production and sales teams to fulfill customer orders on time.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Cake Decorator in a bakery, pastry shop, or hotel.
- Knowledge of buttercream, fondant, piping techniques, and cake finishing.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in theme cakes and fondant modeling.
- Ability to create customized cake designs.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
