Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Officer to join our Lithium Battery Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in procurement, vendor management, accounting, invoice processing, and inventory coordination within a manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the procurement of raw materials and production components.

Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.

Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries.

Verify purchase invoices and maintain accurate accounting records.

Process vendor payments and reconcile supplier accounts.

Maintain inventory and purchase documentation.

Prepare MIS reports and support GST and other statutory compliance.

Coordinate with the Store, Production, and Finance departments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.





3–5 years of experience in Purchase and Accounts, preferably in the manufacturing, EV, or lithium battery industry.

Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, and GST.

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
