Role Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Assistant Sales Manager with a passion for real estate and a proven ability to convert leads into sales. The role will involve managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and supporting the senior sales team in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily walk-ins and incoming leads (digital, channel partners, referrals).
- Conduct site visits, explain project features, and guide clients through the buying process.
- Follow up regularly with potential buyers and maintain lead records in the CRM.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure high conversion and referral rates.
- Assist in executing marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with channel partners and brokers for lead generation and coordination.
- Prepare booking documents and coordinate with back-office for post-sales processes.
- Provide market feedback on customer preferences, competitor offerings,



and pricing trends.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- 2–4 years of real estate sales experience (residential or commercial).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in conducting site visits and deal negotiations.
- Familiarity with local real estate market (Zirakpur, Mohali, Chandigarh).
- Proficient in MS Excel, CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and email etiquette.
- Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Joining: Immediate preferred / Max 15–30 days

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
