Job Overview

VTrust Eye Hospital is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Optical Fitter cum Sales Executive to join our Nadapuram branch. The ideal candidate should have experience in optical dispensing, frame and lens fitting, and customer service while also supporting optical sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses based on their prescription and preferences.
- Perform accurate frame adjustments, fittings, and minor repairs.
- Explain lens options, coatings, and products to customers.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain optical inventory and product displays.
- Coordinate with the optometrist and other team members for smooth patient service.
- Handle billing and basic documentation when required.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements

- Diploma in Optical Fitting or an equivalent qualification.




- Minimum 1 year of experience in an optical store or eye hospital.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Candidates residing in or near Nadapuram are preferred.
