We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects, with a particular focus on the migration of on-premise RPA bots to the AWS cloud. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in project management methodologies, a technical background, and a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions on time and within budget.
Mandatory Skills (Minimum 5):
- Robust understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven managerial experience with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Technical knowledge in software development or IT infrastructure environments.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Good-to-Have Skills (Minimum 2):
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) from an accredited institution.
- Experience in RPA migration projects, particularly transitioning from on-premise to cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based project deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the migration of RPA bots from on-premise infrastructure to AWS Cloud, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive project plans to monitor progress and ensure successful on-time, on-budget, and within-scope delivery.
- Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage resolution paths.
- Ensure strict adherence to timelines, adjusting plans as necessary to address deviations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that RPA solutions are effectively integrated with existing business processes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular status updates, insights, and post-project evaluations.
