Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Book Editor Intern who has a solid command of English and expertise in MS Word. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and refining manuscripts to ensure clarity, consistency, and high-quality presentation. This role is perfect for someone passionate about books, writing, and publishing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit and proofread book manuscripts (grammar, punctuation, clarity, tone)
- Format documents professionally using MS Word
- Improve readability, structure, and flow of content
- Ensure consistency in style, fonts, headings, and layout
- Coordinate with authors to incorporate feedback and revisions
- Prepare final draft ready for publishing

Requirements:

- Excellent command of English (written & grammar)
- Strong knowledge of MS Word (formatting, styles, layout)
- Attention to detail and editing skills
- Interest in books, writing,



and publishing industry
- Ability to work independently (Work From Home)

Preferred Skills:

- Basic knowledge of book formatting (KDP or publishing standards)
- Proofreading or editing experience
- Creativity and content improvement ability
