Sales and Customer Service:

- Drive sales by promoting furniture products and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with product selections, offer recommendations, and ensure they have an enjoyable shopping experience.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Team Leadership and Staff Management:

- Recruit, train, and manage showroom staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the products and sales techniques.
- Foster a positive and motivated team workplace, offering coaching and development.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals for the sales team.
- Schedule shifts and monitor attendance and punctuality.

Showroom Operations:

- Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, with effective product displays.
- Oversee the arrangement of furniture to create an engaging shopping experience.
- Manage inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and coordinating deliveries.
- Ensure that showroom furniture is well-maintained and free of damage.

Marketing and Promotions:





- Work with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and events.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to ensure the showroom remains competitive.

Sales Reporting and Budget Management:

- Track sales metrics and report on showroom performance.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify areas of improvement.
- Manage showroom budgets, including expenses for staffing, inventory, and promotional efforts.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with other managers and departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company goals.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of merchandise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
