We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Solution Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in enterprise software implementation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in deploying, configuring, and supporting enterprise applications while working closely with clients across the North Americas, Europe and other regions. This role requires solid technical troubleshooting skills, client engagement experience, and the ability to deliver client trainings and solution support.

Required Candidate Profile

- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft IIS
- SQL Server
- Windows Server OS
- Basic OS /Network troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of Azure, Oracle, AWS and other cloud services

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience handling production issues and root cause analysis.
- Ability to independently manage client-facing calls and training sessions.
- Client-facing experience with Global Tech Savvy and Non-Technical customers.
- Good understanding of Web based software deployment architectures and environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and deploy enterprise software solutions for clients.
- Work closely with project managers,



developers, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and integration issues in production and non-production environments.
- Manage and support web applications hosted on Microsoft IIS.
- Work with SQL Server for database queries, data validation, troubleshooting, and performance checks.
- Perform front-end analysis and basic scripting using JavaScript.
- Handle client calls including implementation discussions, troubleshooting sessions, and status updates.
- Conduct client trainings, product walkthroughs, and user enablement sessions.
- Provide technical support during UAT, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
- Document implementation processes, technical configurations, and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and quality standards.

Good to Have (Preferred)

- Domain experience in any of the following:
- eDiscovery / Legal Technology
- GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
- Legal Case Management

- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of data migration, integrations, or API troubleshooting.
- Exposure to cloud environments (Azure/AWS/Oracle) is a plus.
