Job Title: HR Head

We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead and manage all core HR functions, including employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, payroll, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws, streamline HR processes, and support business growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (recruitment support, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits).
- Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, gratuity, and labor laws.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS data.
- Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate performance management and annual appraisal processes.
- Manage audits related to HR, payroll,



and statutory compliance.
- Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and external vendors as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–12 years of HR experience, with robust expertise in Core HR, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Experience with HRMS and payroll software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
