Job Summary

Sales Manager – Responsible for supporting and managing the overall business performance, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and team management of the institution. The role focuses on achieving sales and revenue targets, guiding the Sales Manager, developing high-performing teams, ensuring student satisfaction throughout the student lifecycle, and coordinating with all supporting departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize admissions.

Monitor daily sales performance and conversion rates

. 2. Sales Team Leadership

Guide, mentor, and supervise the Sales Manager.

Coach the sales team and review performance regularly.

3. Team Building & Retention

Build a high-performing team through recruitment, training, coaching, and employee engagement.

4. Marketing Oversight





Coordinate with the Marketing Department to improve lead generation and campaign effectiveness.

5. Student Lifecycle Management

Oversee the complete student journey from admission to course completion and resolve escalated concerns.

6. Administrative Coordination

Coordinate with the Administration Department to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance.

7. Repayment Coordination

Monitor repayment collections, review outstanding dues, and coordinate recovery activities.

8. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

Submit regular performance reports and recommend operational improvements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
