About K&A;

K&A; is a luxury Indian women's couture brand specialising in bridal, occasion wear and handcrafted designer garments. We are building a premium fashion brand with a strong digital presence and are looking for someone to own our content creation process—from ideation to execution.

Role Overview

This is not a traditional social media role. As our Creative Content Producer, you will ensure K&A; always has fresh, premium-quality photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Google Ads, our website and other marketing channels. You will own the complete content production pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan monthly content strategy and maintain a content calendar.
- Generate ideas, scripts, hooks and storyboards using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
- Plan and produce editorial shoots, product shoots, BTS content, client diaries, artisan stories, designer stories and styling videos.
- Coordinate photographers, videographers, models, makeup artists, stylists, locations, props and schedules.
- Ensure every new product receives professional photos and videos soon after it is ready instead of waiting for large collection shoots.
- Build and maintain a structured content library for marketing and advertising.
- Collaborate with photographers, agencies and freelancers to deliver premium-quality content.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, Youtube channel, website banners, email marketing and social media.
- Track content performance and continuously improve creative direction.
- Budget Planning

Influencer & Brand Collaborations

- Identify creators, influencers, bridal pages and fashion personalities aligned with K&A;'s luxury positioning.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, budgets and deliverables.
- Coordinate gifting, outfit loans and campaign execution.
- Build long-term relationships with creators instead of one-off collaborations.
- Explore partnerships with luxury hotels, wedding planners, jewellery brands, makeup artists, photographers and event partners.




- Measure the performance and ROI of collaborations.

Skills & Experience

- Experience in fashion content production, creative direction, styling, brand marketing or digital content.
- Strong visual storytelling and organisational skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools for ideation and planning.
- Understanding of luxury branding and fashion aesthetics.
- Experience coordinating shoots and managing creative teams.
- Knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads and digital marketing.

Success in the Role

Within the first six months you should build a consistent content engine, ensure every new product receives marketing assets, create a continuous flow of premium content, establish a network of creators and creative partners, reduce dependence on influencer collaborations, and help improve enquiries and sales through stronger creative output.
