Job Summary:
The AC Waiting Lounge Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily lounge operations, ensuring excellent guest service, cleanliness, staff discipline, and smooth functioning of all facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations of the AC Waiting Lounge.
- Manage and guide lounge, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the lounge.
- Monitor guest entry, bookings, and service delivery.
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance.
- Ensure availability of lounge amenities and supplies.
- Coordinate with maintenance, vendors, and railway authorities.
- Maintain daily operational records and reports.




- Ensure compliance with company, safety, and security policies.
- Train staff on customer service and operational procedures.

Requirements:

- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, lounge, hotel, airport, railway, or customer service operations.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
