*Role Overview:*

BRICKNBAR is looking for a creative Graphic Designer who also has hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will create visually engaging designs for social media, ads, website, and emailers, while also understanding how to run and optimize campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.

*Core Responsibilities:*

*1. Creative Design*

- Design creatives for social media posts, paid ads, banners, emailers, brochures, and website graphics

- Edit images, create basic animations, and adapt designs for different platforms

- Maintain BRICKNBAR’s brand consistency across all digital channels

- Work with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into compelling visuals

*2. Digital Marketing Support*

- Assist in running and monitoring Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads

- Create content and manage posting schedules for social media platforms





- Understand basic SEO, website updates, and email marketing best practices

- Track design performance in campaigns and provide inputs for optimization

- Stay updated on design trends and competitor creatives

*Skills & Qualifications:*

- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and basic video editing tools

- Prior experience in handling digital marketing tasks – Meta Ads, social media management, or email campaigns

- Strong understanding of digital ad sizes, social media formats, color theory, and typography

- Good eye for layout, visual storytelling, and conversion-focused design

- Ability to work on tight deadlines and manage multiple creatives

- Portfolio of previous work required

*Preferred:*

- Experience in real estate, advertising, or agency setup

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or After Effects

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
