Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Keeper cum Account Assistant to manage inventory operations while supporting day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of inventory management, Tally/ERP, and basic accounting procedures.

Store Keeper cum Accountant Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Issue materials as per approved requests.
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and maintain store documentation.
- Update inventory records in ERP/Tally/MS Excel.
- Coordinate with the purchase, sales, and finance departments.




- Maintain proper filing of invoices and financial records.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in documentation and inventory/store management.
- Proficient in MS Excel and inventory software.
- 1–3 years of experience in stores, inventory, and accounting.
