We're looking for an Operations & Data Analytics Intern who enjoys solving problems, working with data, improving processes, and helping businesses operate more efficiently.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in Operations, Business Analytics, Data Analysis, Process Improvement, Reporting, and Business Intelligence. You'll work on real business challenges, analyze operational data, build reports, and contribute to decisions that directly impact growth.

Compensation

- Fixed Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Location: Gurugram (Sector 50)

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day business operations and process management
- Maintain and manage operational databases, trackers, and reports
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends and insights
- Create dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI
- Monitor key business metrics and performance indicators
- Assist in process optimization and operational efficiency projects
- Generate reports and presentations for management review
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation
- Support business planning through data-driven recommendations
- Work on automation initiatives to streamline internal processes

Eligibility

- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
