Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer who can transform marketing ideas, campaign concepts, business requirements and brand strategies into visually compelling designs and user-friendly digital experiences.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of branding, social media design, typography, composition, visual communication and UI/UX principles. The candidate must be comfortable working with multiple brands, designing across digital platforms and delivering quality work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative social media posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails and digital advertisements.
- Develop campaign creatives based on content briefs and marketing objectives.
- Create branding materials, brochures, presentations, banners, posters and promotional collaterals.
- Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, landing pages, mobile applications and digital products.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups and interactive prototypes.
- Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
- Convert business requirements and user needs into practical design solutions.
- Create and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
- Maintain visual consistency across brand communication and digital platforms.
- Convert content, campaign concepts and project requirements into engaging visual designs.
- Design performance marketing creatives for Meta and other digital platforms.
- Resize and adapt creatives for different social media,



advertising and digital formats.
- Create product-focused and service-focused marketing designs.
- Conduct competitor research and stay updated with design and UI/UX trends.
- Prepare developer-ready design files, assets and specifications.
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, video editors, social media managers and the marketing team.
- Manage multiple brand and website projects while meeting deadlines.
- Make revisions based on internal, client and developer feedback.
- Organise design files, brand assets, Figma files and project folders systematically.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design or UI/UX design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong working knowledge of Figma.
- Working knowledge of Canva and other design tools.
- Experience creating wireframes, mock-ups and interactive prototypes.
- Good understanding of UI design, UX principles and user-centred design.
- Knowledge of responsive design, grids, components, auto layout and design systems.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, spacing and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to design for different industries and brand personalities.
- Experience creating social media and digital advertising creatives.
- Ability to understand creative briefs, business requirements and user needs.
- Ability to independently execute design concepts from initial idea to final delivery.
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced agency environment.
- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
