We're Hiring: Business Development Intern (Field Sales) | Hyderabad

Vāgdān Rituals is looking for a Business Development Intern to help us build strategic partnerships with wedding venues across Hyderabad.

What you'll do:

Visit wedding venues and event spaces across the city.

Introduce and pitch our wedding planning services.

Build long-term relationships with venue teams.

Identify collaboration opportunities and generate leads.

Represent the Vāgdān Rituals brand with professionalism and confidence.

We're looking for someone who has:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in approaching and talking to new people.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

A proactive, self-driven attitude.

Qualified presentation and relationship-building abilities.

Willingness to travel within Hyderabad.

Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to learn.





College students and undergraduates are encouraged to apply. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in business development, sales, partnerships, and the wedding industry.

This is a paid internship. Compensation will be discussed during the selection process based on the candidate's profile. In addition to a fixed stipend or salary structure, performance-based incentives/commission will be offered for successful collaborations and business generated.
