Job Summary

We are looking for a frontend developer with robust expertise in React JS to support VLIMS 2.0 development. The candidate should have hands-on experience with modern React ecosystems, including TanStack (React Query / Table) and Ant Design (AntD), to build scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and enhance UI components using React JS.

· Build dynamic, data-driven interfaces using TanStack (React Query, React Table).

· Design and implement UI using Ant Design (AntD) components.

· Convert UI/UX designs and business requirements into functional applications.

· Build reusable and maintainable frontend components.

· Integrate frontend with backend REST APIs.

· Handle complex forms, validations, and workflow-driven UI.

· Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

· Optimize application performance and data fetching strategies.

· Debug issues and fix bugs in development and production.

· Collaborate with backend, QA, and business teams.

· Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews.

Technical Skills – Must Have

· Strong experience in React.js (Hooks, Functional Components).

· Hands-on experience with TanStack (React Query for data fetching & caching, React Table).

· Experience with the Ant Design (AntD) UI library.

· Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.





· Experience with state management (Redux / Context API).

· Strong experience in consuming and handling REST APIs.

· Experience in building data-heavy UI (tables, dashboards, forms).

· Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

· Familiarity with Git.

Technical Skills – Good to Have

· Experience with TypeScript.

· Knowledge of performance optimization and lazy loading.

· Familiarity with React Hook Form / Formik.

· Exposure to frontend architecture and modular design.

· Basic understanding of backend APIs (preferably .NET-based).

Domain Expectations (Preferred)

· Experience in enterprise or workflow-based applications.

· Experience handling large datasets and complex UI interactions.

· Exposure to LIMS / laboratory domain is an added advantage.

Soft Skills

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Good communication and teamwork.

· Adaptability to fast-paced delivery environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
