Job Description

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly IT reports and dashboards.
Collect, validate, and analyze IT operational data.
Maintain IT asset, software license, AI subscription, and inventory records.
Generate management reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Track IT projects, incidents, service requests, and change activities.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
Coordinate with teams to consolidate and validate reporting data.




Analyze trends and provide actionable business insights.
Support IT vendor coordination, procurement, and reporting activities.
Perform other IT coordination and reporting tasks assigned by the IT Lead/Manager.
