Job Description

Position: Technical Support Executive (Front-End)

Location: Mohali

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to customers regarding web applications.
- Troubleshoot Front-End issues related to HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Resolve customer queries through calls, emails and remote support.
- Coordinate with the development team for issue resolution.
- Maintain support tickets and documentation.
- Diagnose browser compatibility issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of React.js.
- Good communication skills.
- Solid troubleshooting ability.
- Knowledge of APIs is an advantage.
- Experience with ticketing tools is preferred.

Qualification

- B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc IT/MCA or relevant qualification.
- 1–3 years of Technical Support experience.

Preferred

- Immediate Joiners
- Product/Software Support experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
