Job Title: Jr Business Development
Location: Ekkatuthangal, Chennai
Experience: 1–5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
Language: Hindi (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads through cold calling and other sales activities.
- Contact potential customers and explain the company's products/services.
- Schedule meetings and product demos with interested clients.
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable SaaS/HRMS solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain good client relationships.
- Update lead details and sales activities in the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Required Skills

- Experience in SaaS, HRMS, IT Sales, or Cloud Sales.
- Good knowledge of Inside Sales and Business Development.
- Robust Cold Calling and Lead Generation skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Hindi is mandatory.
- Ability to work with sales targets.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
