Key Responsibilities: * Conduct classroom and field-based training sessions for sales teams and promoters. * Deliver product knowledge, process guidance, and soft-skill training. * Organize onboarding and refresher training for current and existing staff. * Monitor training effectiveness and contribute to performance improvement. * Collaborate with regional sales and zonal teams to align goals and performance metrics. Desired Profile: * Graduate / Postgraduate degree preferred. * Experience as a Trainer in telecom/mobile industry (freshers with strong communication skills may apply). * Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to travel within the zone. * Energetic, proactive, and result-oriented.
