The Machine Operator is responsible for operating production machines safely and efficiently to achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards and minimizing machine downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate assigned production machines as per SOPs.
- Set up machines before production and perform basic adjustments.
- Ensure the machine is running efficiently with minimum downtime.
- Monitor product quality during production and report defects immediately.
- Conduct routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of the machine.
- Record daily production, downtime, and rejection details.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily output targets.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear the required PPE.
- Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping around the machine.
- Report machine breakdowns and maintenance requirements promptly.
- Assist in changeovers and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
