What You'll Do:
✅ Drive new client acquisition and business growth
✅ Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline
✅ Sell IT services, Salesforce Consulting, Staff Augmentation & Contract Staffing solutions
✅ Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
✅ Build and maintain long-term client relationships
✅ Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations
✅ Achieve revenue targets and collaborate with delivery teams
We're Looking For:
✔ 3 - 5+ years of Business Development/Sales experience in IT Services or Staffing
✔ Solid experience in Lead Generation and New Client Acquisition
✔ Hands-on exposure to IT Staff Augmentation and Contract Staffing sales
✔ Understanding of Cloud, AI/ML, Salesforce, and emerging technologies
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✔ Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics
Qualification: MBA + B.Tech (CS/IT/Electronics or related field preferred)
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (Faridabad)
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
