Role Overview

We’re hiring: Python AI Developer (Full-Time)
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Python AI Developer to join our Banking Technology & IT Audit division. This role is focused on leveraging Artificial Intelligence to optimize internal banking processes, with a key emphasis on the Bank’s Evidence Collection System.

The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor who enjoys working in a fast-paced enterprise environment, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and building Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and scalable AI-driven solutions. This role requires a blend of strong Python development skills, AI/LLM expertise, and the ability to translate complex business problems into practical technical solutions.

What you’ll do

- Design and develop AI-driven solutions to automate and enhance the Bank’s internal Evidence Collection System for audit and compliance processes
- Build solutions to consolidate scattered evidence from SharePoint, MS Teams, and Outlook into a unified and structured repository
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to extract structured and meaningful data from Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tools
- Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and interactive demos using Python to demonstrate AI-driven workflow improvements to senior leadership
- Work with AI/LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar tools to build intelligent automation workflows
- Contribute to the design and development of agentic AI systems capable of multi-step reasoning and autonomous task execution
- Collaborate closely with senior technical and audit stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and banking regulations
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, track progress effectively, and provide clear and timely status updates




- Continuously explore and adopt new AI technologies to improve system efficiency and capabilities

What we’re looking for

- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer in a corporate or enterprise environment
- Strong experience working with AI/ML frameworks and LLM integration tools
- Proven ability to build AI-based applications, automation workflows, or intelligent systems
- Good understanding of cloud environments such as AWS, GCP or Azure
- Preferred experience in Banking, IT Audit, Compliance or Evidence Management systems
- Exposure to agentic AI systems or multi-step AI reasoning workflows is a strong plus
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with senior technical stakeholders
- Robust adaptability and willingness to learn and apply emerging AI technologies

Tooling and platform expectations

- Strong programming expertise in Python
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar tools
- Understanding of enterprise cloud infrastructure and deployment practices
- Experience working with APIs and data integration workflows
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines is an advantage
- Awareness of security, compliance, and data governance standards in enterprise environments

Pay: ₹12,922.75 - ₹65,783.06 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
