We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Executive to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure the smooth operation of hardware, software, networking, and business applications.

Responsibilities:

- Manage hardware, software, printers, and network systems
- Troubleshoot desktop, server, and network issues
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, CCTV, and biometric systems
- Support PMS, POS, and other business applications
- Coordinate with vendors for IT support and AMC
- Maintain IT assets and documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in IT or Computer Science
- 5+ years of experience in IT support and infrastructure
- Knowledge of Windows, networking, servers, and hardware troubleshooting
