Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
- Explain the company's IT services, including Website Development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SMO, and other digital marketing solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.
Requirements
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi (basic English communication is an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
