We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Retail Counter Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting jewellery, provide excellent service, and achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Showcase gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections.
- Explain product features, purity, weight, pricing, making charges, and offers.
- Assist customers in making purchase decisions.
- Generate sales bills and coordinate with the billing team.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and counter presentation.
- Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery stock.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
- Coordinate with inventory and showroom teams for stock availability.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Follow showroom SOPs, grooming standards, and company policies.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and selling skills.
- Good presentation and convincing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing software familiarity.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Honest, disciplined, and customer-oriented attitude.
Qualification
- Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- Diploma or certification in Retail Sales or Jewellery will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in jewellery retail showroom sales is preferred.
- Experience in luxury retail, fashion retail, or premium customer service will also be considered.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
