Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled, hands-on Odoo Specialist/Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be the core technical owner responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing our Odoo platform—with a primary focus on driving a seamless Odoo-Shopify integration. You will bridge the gap between our e-commerce front-end and back-end operations, optimizing CRM workflows, inventory synchronization, order fulfillment, and multi-channel customer management.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP System Administration & Optimization

- Configure, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules.
- Optimize ERP workflows for Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting, and Customer Service.
- Design and implement ERP automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage ERP system upgrades, configurations, permissions, and user roles.
- Create dashboards, reports, KPIs, and business intelligence views.

Shopify & ERP Integration

- Configure and maintain bi-directional Shopify-Odoo integrations.
- Ensure synchronization of:
- Orders
- Inventory
- Products & Variants
- Customer Data
- Pricing & Promotions
- Troubleshoot API, connector, and synchronization issues.
- Improve order fulfillment and inventory visibility across channels.

CRM & Business Process Automation

- Build and optimize CRM pipelines and lead workflows.
- Automate customer lifecycle management processes.
- Create automated actions, workflows, server actions, and notifications.
- Improve sales operations through ERP-driven automation.

Technical Development

- Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python and XML.




- Work with PostgreSQL databases.
- Build API integrations using REST APIs, JSON-RPC, XML-RPC, and GraphQL.
- Support data migration, import/export, and ERP implementation projects.

User Support & Training

- Provide technical and functional support to internal teams.
- Document ERP configurations and business processes.
- Train users on ERP best practices and workflow improvements.

Required Skills

- 1+ years experience with Odoo ERP
- Experience implementing or administering ERP Systems
- Shopify integration experience
- Solid Python development skills for ODOO backend development and custom module creation.
- XML customization experience
- PostgreSQL database knowledge
- REST API integration experience
- CRM configuration and workflow automation
- Inventory Management Systems
- Business Process Automation
- ERP Reporting & Dashboards
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with ERP implementation projects

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
