Fabric Maintenance Planner Pune · Full Time · Hybrid

About the Role Plan and prepare fabric maintenance work packages to ensure safe and timely execution. Coordinate with operations, engineering, site teams, and execution Full Timeors to define job scope. Maintain maintenance order quality, backlog health, and execution readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan fabric maintenance work packages covering fabrication, painting, coating, insulation, corrosion-related repairs, and site execution activities.
- Define job scope in coordination with operations, engineering, site teams, and execution Full Timeors.
- Identify required manpower, materials, tools, equipment, permits, risks, and execution dependencies.
- Create work plans to enable safe scheduling, assignment, contingency planning, and timely execution.
- Maintain maintenance order quality, backlog health, field feedback closure, and execution readiness.

Requirements

- Develop fabric maintenance plans using knowledge of fabrication, painting, insulation, and corrosion-related repairs.
- Utilize SAP / FIORI-based work order planning and maintenance order management.
- Estimate resources, plan materials, forecast costs, and prepare work packages.




- Apply knowledge of corrosion, coating inspection, CUI, NDT relevance, and inspection data management systems.
- Demonstrate HSE awareness, permit-to-work understanding, risk identification, and site execution coordination.
- Manage stakeholders, communicate effectively, and coordinate offshore/onshore activities.
- Possess 5+ years of experience in fabric maintenance, inspection-driven maintenance planning, or related maintenance execution support.

Good to Have

- Experience in oil & gas, asset-intensive, or offshore maintenance environments.
- Hands-on exposure to SAP-based maintenance planning, field execution support, and work order lifecycle management.
- Ability to support shift-based working requirements.
