JOB DESCRIPTION

- Coordinate sourcing, vendor development and evaluation, and procurement processes for raw materials and finished goods.
- Assist with costing for inventory and operational activities.
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics companies, customs brokers, ®ulatory; bodies to ensure on-time deliveries &documentation; compliance.
- Handle end-to-end import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements specific to the chemical sector.
- Monitor and optimize inventory movements, track shipments, and ensure smooth customs clearance.
- Support the costing and profitability analysis of various products by applying strong commercial fundamentals.
- Preparing costing & pricing for the Sales team to grow business
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and regular MIS reporting for commercial operations
- Conduct market research and maintain an up-to-date supplier and price database for strategic sourcing.
- Ensure internal controls, SOP compliance, and effective coordination between procurement, finance, and operations teams.
- Work on various projects which will help to bring efficiency and effectiveness in various operations of the company. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)



or Inter Cost and Work Accountant (CWA/ICWA Inter).
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial, import/export, or supply chain roles within the chemical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting, cost management, import/export documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of sourcing, procurement cycles, and vendor management best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM and MS Office tools; experience with inventory and documentation software is an advantage.
- Person with digital mindset and can use tools for process automation and bringing efficiencies
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with strong attention to detail. Analytical, result-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a rapid- paced environment.
- Sample processing - preparing documents, coordinating with suppliers and customers, coordinating with courier companies
- Documentation and interacting with the logistics companies and warehouse for incoming and outgoing shipments

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
