About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and help them choose the right ScienceUtsav or MakerMasti programs. If you have experience in NGO fundraising, donor outreach, customer engagement, or telecalling, and enjoy speaking with people, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers through calls and follow-ups to generate sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs, workshops, birthday party packages, or event solutions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and build robust customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM software.




- Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on products, pricing, and promotional offers.

Skills & Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, fundraising, NGO outreach, or inside sales.
- Confident in handling objections and closing conversations effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (training will be provided).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about delivering great customer experiences.

Preferred Experience

Experience in education, or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
