About the Opportunity
We are looking for an ITIL 4 Certified Expert for a short-term consulting engagement with a well-known consulting firm supporting a financial institution in Malaysia. This is an excellent opportunity to establish a working relationship for potential future engagements.
Key Requirement
- Mandatory: ITIL 4 Certification (Expert level or equivalent ITIL 4 certification)
- Previous banking or financial services experience is not required.
- Prior work experience is not mandatory if the candidate possesses the required ITIL 4 certification and strong understanding of IT Service Management principles.
Responsibilities
- Provide ITIL 4 best practice guidance during the project.
- Support assessment and improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- Advise stakeholders on ITIL 4 frameworks and service management practices.
- Review existing ITSM processes and recommend improvements where applicable.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
Required Skills
- Mandatory ITIL 4 Certification.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a consulting setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
