We are looking for a strong sales leader who can drive growth, build a high-performance sales team, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Team Leadership

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct daily sales meetings to review progress and pipeline
- Monitor follow-ups, lead conversions, and client interactions
- Support the team in closing major deals

Sales & Business Development

- Develop and implement sales strategies for business growth
- Identify new clients, markets, and opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with industrial clients and partners

Training & Performance Management

- Train the sales team on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Track team performance and improve conversion rates
- Build a high-performing sales culture

Branding & Market Presence

- Enhance the brand visibility and reputation of the company
- Represent the company in key client meetings and industry interactions





Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in power generation or electrical equipment sales will be preferred, including:

- Diesel Generators
- UPS Systems
- Transformers
- Stabilizers
- Electrical Control Panels

Required Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
- MBA / Master’s in Marketing (Preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
