Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Structure welding for solar plant installation
- Fabrication and fitting work at site
- Ensure quality welding and safety compliance
Requirements:
- Welding experience preferred
- Ready for outdoor/site work
3. Helper
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist electrician and technician during installation
- Material loading/unloading and site support
- Help in plant setup and maintenance work
Requirements:
- Hardworking and field work ready candidate
4. Sales Manager
Salary: ₹18,000 per month + Incentive
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and solar sales
- Handle customer meetings and site visits
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Team coordination and reporting
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred
- Bike mandatory
- Good communication skills
5. Complaint Executive
Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints and service issues
- Coordinate with technical/service team
- Maintain complaint records and follow-ups
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Bike mandatory
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
6. Solar Panel Cleaning Technician
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning solar panels using proper washing methods and equipment
- Maintaining panel efficiency through regular cleaning
- Basic knowledge of solar panel systems and maintenance
- Assisting in troubleshooting minor issues at site
- Following safety procedures during cleaning and maintenance work
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of solar panel cleaning and maintenance
- Ability to work at sites/rooftops
- Knowledge of water cleaning equipment and safety practices
- Technician experience preferred
