Job Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops and laptops.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain network and local printers.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain biometric attendance devices.
- Configure user accounts, email clients, and system applications.
- Perform software installation, updates, and system patching.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN and network connectivity issues.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and service documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support.




- Ensure timely resolution of user support tickets.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
- Experience in installing and maintaining printers and biometric devices.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi).
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
