Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Branch Sales Manager to lead the sales operations of our Vellore branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, managing client relationships, achieving branch sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. Experience in the wedding, photography, event management, hospitality, or luxury services industry is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual branch sales targets.
- Generate new business through walk-ins, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present suitable photography and event service packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize conversions and repeat business.
- Manage daily branch sales activities and monitor sales performance.
- Ensure timely follow-up with all leads and maintain a high conversion ratio.
- Coordinate with photography, editing, operations, and customer support teams for seamless service delivery.
- Monitor branch KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.




- Identify local marketing opportunities and develop partnerships with wedding planners, event organizers, and corporate clients.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and ensure adherence to company processes.

Required Skills

- Solid sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management.
- Team handling and leadership abilities.
- Experience in branch operations and sales management.
- Knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
