Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Support administrative, clinical support, and patient service teams in day-to-day operations.
- Liaise with department heads to facilitate effective communication and operational coordination.
- Monitor operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in implementing policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Coordinate staff schedules, resource allocation, and operational requirements.
- Maintain positive relationships with patients, families, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in business development initiatives and support organizational growth.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain relevant records for management review.




- Help resolve day-to-day operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary.

Qualifications

- BBA/MBA/BTech or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, hospitality, or a similar service-oriented environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative reporting.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
