About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and coordinate solar project execution activities in Kota. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth project operations, material coordination, installation scheduling, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate rooftop and ground-mounted solar project installations.
- Manage project schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with site engineers, installers, vendors, and customers.
- Track material requirements and ensure timely availability at sites.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Handle documentation related to project execution and commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.




- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when required.
- Coordinate with DISCOM authorities for approvals and net-metering processes.
- Maintain records of project status, inventory, and customer communications.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in solar operations, project coordination, or EPC execution.
- Knowledge of rooftop solar systems and project execution processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
