Position Summary

Phenom Cloud is seeking IT Support Associates (Freshers) to provide technical support for end users in a UK-shift workplace. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about IT support, troubleshooting, and cloud technologies.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and connectivity problems.
- Support users via calls, emails, and ticketing systems.
- Assist with Office 365, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and support tickets.
- Document incidents and escalate complex issues when required.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues within SLA timelines.




- Support users with basic cloud-related requests.

Skills & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, B.Sc (Computers), BCA, MCA, M.Sc (Computers), or related fields.
- Freshers (0–1 year experience).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in UK Shift.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Windows OS and computer hardware.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and Teams.
- Basic understanding of Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Knowledge of cloud fundamentals such as VMs, Storage, Networking, and IAM.
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
