Neralu Farms is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to drive sales and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, conducting site visit coordination, and converting inquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify sales leads through various channels.
Contact prospective customers and understand their investment requirements.
Present Neralu Farms projects, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Schedule and coordinate customer site visits.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversions.
Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate (Freshers can also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Kannada.
Solid negotiation and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
